Why don’t we encourage every supervisor or manager create their own mindfulness project/ program. You know your group well, you know their needs and every nuances. Therefore, find the vision and goal you wanted to create then access those strategies where you can produce the mindfulness success in your group.
We are often focused on “we are not the expert” on this. Rather than focusing on that, let’s change that focus in “I want to create” the mindfulness. Push the courage and confidence by not just doing the right thing but doing what is right.
Empower these leaders to inspire and draw the opportunities in creating the culture of inspiration, happiness and joy, which consequently produce higher productivity, less health and safety issues, more so union issues because the focus becomes positivity.
